Inside Sales Specialist

  • Main focus will be Pre-Sale and Post-Sale.
    • Pre-Sale
      • Checking files for content and non-compatible options
      • Pricing Special Options
      • Working with Production and Engineering regarding feasibility of options
    • Post-Sale
      • Work with other Rosenbauer America Campuses, dealers and end users.
      • Track and process change orders.
      • Ensure that the correct information is being communicated to all parties involved in a timely manner.
      • Work with production and engineering to ensure that the trucks meets customer expectations while maintaining Rosenbauer’s high standards of quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficeint communication skills; both written and verbal.  
  • Energetic, cheerful, motivated, professional team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, effective time management skills
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Efficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office Package.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Similar office experience is prefered.

Travel:

  • Limited travel is required

Experience:

  • Fire Truck knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job (with reasonable accommodation if necessary) as shown in the physical job description.
  • Class B CDL preferred but not required.
