Step Safely
EXT Safe Steps are integral steps built into the EXT extrusions. They operate with shocks and are capable of holding 500 lbs. There are no exposed mechanical devices or hinges in the closed position, and they work seamlessly with the body. They provide easier access to tools stored high in the compartment, as well as a good rehab area to sit on. The sitting and standing surface is NFPA slip compliant tread plate, and the exterior finish (when closed) can be painted, mirror stainless or treadplate.
