Multi-Stage High Pressure/Volume Fire Pump
High-grade alloy pump body and accurately balance impellers mounted on a stainless steel shaft.
Constructed from high-strength alloy with a pump shaft supported by three roller beall bearings - two located in the gear case and one in the suction inlet. Bearings are protected from sediment by maintenance-free, self-adjusting mechanical seals.
Gears are high strength, low noise and helical cut for maximum transfer of power and pump. Mulitple final drive gear ratios are available for maximum performance.
High-grade, light alloy impellers and diffusers.
Powered by a Rosenbauer positive displacement double-acting piston pump with oil bath lubricated oving parts. Promer pump is belt-driven from the pump gear case and automatically acturated when the pump is engaged. The priming pump disengages as prime is achieved and positive pressure is attained. Oils and lubricants are not expelled into the atmosphere in the priming process. A primer oil reservoir is not required and never needs refilling.
Fox High Performance Pump

Rosenbauer Fox Pump
A premium lightweight pump.
With excellent performance and straight forward operation, the Fox pump is a high output system for applications where portability is key.

The latest generation Fox pump is powered by a BMW motorcycle engine with guaranteed reliability in tough firefighting conditions. The fully automatic priming pump is built to last, unaffected by contaminated water, extended use or relay operations. The pressure governor automatically maintains constant pressure regardless of water flow, and an optional mechanical thermal protection and cavitation alarm offers maximum protection to the pump.

Ultra High Pressure System
UHPS
  Rosenbauer UHPS
* Minimum water demand adapts well to smaller vehicles * Lightweight hose affords easy handling * Operates with all foam types * Minimum water damage
A proven and extensively tested system
developed in a joint project by Rosenbauer
and the US Air Force.

Minimal water damage in the complete
conversion of water to vapor. Continuous
extinguishing or in bursts, adjustment between
jet and spray patterns.
An integrated foam system and aspirating
attachment offer maximum foam fire fighting.
Fixed pressure and output require no
adjustments once system is started.

Ultra high pressure (1450 psi) produces very fine water particles that in turn provide greater surface coverage. A full jet stream penetrates the
flames and attacks the source of the fire.

The core of the Rosenbauer UHPS is
the reliable & durable Briggs & Stratton
16 HP Vanguard engine driving a sixcylinder
high-pressure pump at a
preset output of 10 gpm @ 1450 psi.
With infinite foam settings .1 - 6%
system is fully-automatic and requires
no adjustments once started.
Standard with a five gallon foam tank
and water tank capacity up to 300
gallons depending on the application
and vehicle mounting location.
The components of the UHPS can
be mounted in a variety of different
configurations making the packaging
adaptable to a wide array of
apparatus. As a slide-in unit for a
pickup or brush truck, as a retrofit to
an existing apparatus, or the ATV
system for a parking ramp or forest
service - the options are only limited
by your imagination.
