The engineering staff at Rosenbauer uses the most advanced computer software programs on the market today to help create the most innovative body designs that are more durable and economical than anything you have ever seen in the past.

The Revolution body is built using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and equipment, including computer controlled high-definition plasma cutting systems, bending equipment and pulse MIG welding equipment.

Each part is sent directly from the computer engineering program to the computer-controlled engineering program to the computer-controlled fabricating equipment, making certain that a highly accurate, well-built piece of apparatus is created for you.

The individual compartment modules are assembled and welded using a "notch and tab" method in which interlocking provisions are designed into the pieces. This technique ensures an accurate fit and allows for perfect replacement parts to be fabricated if the need should arise.

The subframe and body are assembled using a power-operated, pre-tensioned bolting system called a "Huck-Bolt." This method draws teh bolt to a specific tension, then clamps the nut tight, leaving a constant and vibration-proof fastening system.

The Revolution subframe is formed from heavy-duty 7 guage steel, powder-coated to resist corrosion and attached with a minimum of six mounting points, four of which are spring-loaded to help absorb torsional twist.

With a variety of compartment arrangements, your storage options are endless.

Roll-up doors give you easy access to adjustable shelves, roll-out trays and tool boards without extending into the roadway for added safety. Flush-mounted hinged doors with stainless steel hardware are also available.

Choose from natural finish, splatter paint or thermo plastic for your compartment interiors.

Heavy gauge function and color-coded wiring along with resetting circuit breakers and junction strips form the basis for a reliable wiring system. An easy-to-reach panel with hing door at the rear fo the body provides the best access.
