Wyoming, MN - August 17, 2009 - Rosenbauer has completed its delivery of nine city-service pumpers to the Cincinnati Fire Department in Ohio through the company's General Division in Wyoming, MN.
These Rosenbauer extreme-duty extruded aluminum pumpers with a high/low compartmentation arrangement are built on the Spartan MetroStar MFD chassis with Cummins ISL-425 motors and Allison 3000EVS transmissions.
Furnished with Hale QMAX single-stage pumps rated at 1,500 GPM, each Rosenbauer pumper was designed with a 500-gallon "L" style poly tank with crosslays and the hose bed each sitting at a low 65" from the ground. The pump module includes an integrated transverse compartment forward of the pump panel for storage of backgrounds and other long equipment.
With this delivery completed, Cincinnati now has 11 Rosenbauer units in-service in the city.
The pumpers were sold by Rosenbauer dealer Jeff Vossler of All-American Fire Equipment in Washington Courthouse, OH.
