From 250 gpm to 500 gpm pumps, Rosenbauer offers you a pump to meet every situation. This option for the Class 2 Airwolf.
500lb. dry chemical systems are standard with every Airwolf with the choice of a single agent or dual agent reel.
All pump, turret and emergency light controls are centrally located within reach of the driver and passenger seating.
Efficient storage and unloading.
Rosenbauer offers a bumper turret plumbed with foam/water or a combination foam/water and dry chemical.
Electric rewind reel locations. 110 volt cord reel and pneumatic reel mounted in the cab step area will reduce the amount of room required if mounted in a body compartment.
Rear mount pump. The Airwolf Class 3 comes standard with a Rosenbauer NH20 rear mounted pump which provides you with a shorter wheel base and increased visibility for the pump operator when used in the structural mode. Shown here is the optional structural package which includes four (4) 2 1/2” discharges, one (1) 2 ½” gated pump intake and one (1) 5” main non gated pump intake.
The Swiss army knife of ARFF RIV vehicles. With Rosenbauer normal and high pressure pumps ranging from 500gpm to 1,000gpm and water tanks from 500 gallons to 750 gallons, the Airwolf class 3 RIV can provide your airport with a 150/5220-10D and NFPA 414 ARFF vehicle, NFPA 1901 class A structural pumper, wild land protection, EMS first responder and light rescue all in one!
All Rosenbauer ARFF vehicles are tilt table tested to meet the requirements of AC/5220-10D and NFPA 414.
An optional structural panel is available for the Airwolf C2
Standard nitrogen bottle location on the Airwolf Class 2
Standard switch configuration for the hose reels on both the class 2 and 3 Airwolf
Standard nitrogen bottle location on the Airwolf Class 3
Optional ladder and pike pole storage is available on the Class 2 and Class 3 Airwolf. Also available on the Class 3 Airwolf is a NFPA 1901 compliant hosebed.
The Class 2 and Class 3 Airwolf come standard with an Akron model 3463 bumper turret providing you with the fire power when you need it.

N/NH Series - The Truck-Mounted Fire Pump with Global Experience
The development of the ROSENBAUER N/NH series is driven by the experience of firefighters all over the world. Everything is driven by firefighting experience and geared for firefighting operations.

For airport, industrial or municipal fire trucks - the ROSENBAUER N / NH series pumps have a global reputation for:
  • Normal-pressure pumps from 500 GPM to 1,000 GPM
  • Combined normal and high-pressure pumps
  • Flat pump output characteristic
  • Best-of-breed priming performance
  • Automatic priming
  • Automatic around-the-pump foam proportioning system "FIXMIX"
  • Pressure governor DRE2.3
  • Mechanical thermal protection
  • Modular - custom-built to match your requirements
  • Internationally approved and certified
N / NH pumps are suitable for tough, continuous operation with any kind of water and foam compound quality and in a wide range of climatic conditions. Firefighters all over the globe rely on the ruggedness and operating safety of the ROSENBAUER N/NH series centrifugal fire pumps.
Description
The FEECON Around-The-Pump Proportioner is a simple
and inexpensive way to add foam capability to all discharges
of a truck. There are two types of AP Kits: one has a manual
metering valve and the other has an automatic multi-metering
valve. The manual metering valve can be adjusted
for different flow rates; the automatic style is used when
the flow rates are constant at each outlet on the truck.
The AP System design diverts a portion of the water pump’s
output from the discharge side of the pump and sends it
through an eductor. A vacuum is created at the eductor’s
foam concentrate inlet, and this vacuum draws foam concentrate
through the metering valve and into the eductor.
This foam/water mixture is then sent to the suction side of
the water pump where it mixes with the incoming water
and is distributed throughout the discharge piping.

Features
• Foam At All Outlets
• No Friction Loss or Elevation Restrictions
• Variable Flow Rates
• Simple To Use
• Inexpensive

System Components
• Eductor
• Metering Valve: Either manual style (mounted on the
pump panel),or automatic style.
• Operations Nameplate: To be mounted on the pump
panel, next to manual metering valve.
• Swing Check Valve: To be mounted between the
eductor and metering valve.
• Ball Type Shut-Off Valves: One valve is installed in
the system as the foam concentration tank shut-off,
and the other, piped in before the eductor, is installed
as the eductor supply valve. These valves can be customer
supplied or supplied in Feecon AP Kits.

System Advantages
• Variable Flow Rate: The discharge rate can be adjusted
for the specific application. The rate is infinitely
variable up to the maximum flow of the unit.
• Variable Pressure: The system operates at any pressure
between 125 & 250 PSI (8.5 & 17 bars).
• The pump engagement procedure is the same with
foam or with water.
• No Back Pressure Restrictions: The unit is not affected
by hose length or elevation loss.
• No Nozzle Restrictions: The unit operates with any
size or type of fixed gallonage nozzle.

Rosenbauer Fix-Mix
A fully mechanical, automatic around-the-pump foam proportioning system is available for the N / NH series pumps. The system is fully embedded in the pump.

Benefits:

  • Simple operations
  • Excellent foam compound suction performance
  • Completely maintenance-free
  • Fully mechanical proportioning system
  • Up to 4 different proportioning rates for a single pump:
three for normal and high-pressure operations
an additional rate for high-pressure-only operation
  • Supported proportioning rates of 0.5%, 1%, 3% and 6% can be freely combined
  • Proportioning rate does not depend on pump capacity or pressure

The HP-FIXMIX around-the-pump foam proportioning system is available for foam
generation, using the high-pressure pump. The high-pressure proportioning system can
be used in a stand-alone setup or in combination with the normal-pressure proportioning system.

An NH pump can support up to seven different operating states
